Who are we?

The Association Réseau Orientation Santé Social (AROSS) was born in the spring of 2015 from the State's desire to offer dependent elderly people quality support and follow-up medical and social care.

This desire is enshrined in the Neuchâtel Health Law of February 6, 1995. In May 2012, the Grand Council adopted the medico-social planning for the elderly, a key element in the organization of the Neuchâtel health system and a concrete response to the increase in life expectancy and the aging of the population.

In addition to supporting the elderly, AROSS also aims to support family caregivers and to coordinate - by relying on the vast network of service providers in the medical and socio-sanitary fields - the action in favour of the elderly in a situation of dependence or frailty.
