Terms and conditions of use

PREAMBLE

1.1 AROSS, based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, was created as a result of the State's desire to provide information and support to people over 65 and their families through counselling. To this end, AROSS collaborates with partners from the social and health care network of the canton of Neuchâtel (hereafter referred to as partners).

1.2. AROSS shall make available to the population a catalog of providers and services in the social and health care field on its website. In this context, AROSS has adopted general terms and conditions of use (GTC) for the information platform in order to guarantee its proper use.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2.1. The present GTC are valid for all types of use of the platform distributed on the Internet, by newsletters and on social networks. By using the Platform, the user or partner accepts these TOU.

2.2. 2.2 Users are all individuals or legal entities that consult the platform.

2.3 Partners are considered to be all persons, natural or legal, who distribute information through the platform and feed its content.

CONTENTS

3.1. The contents of the platform are purely informative. They do not constitute a commitment to provide a service.

3.2. AROSS does not guarantee the currency, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided on the Platform. The information does not replace the direct link between users and partners.

3.3. The Partners are solely responsible for the information they publish on the Platform. The contents are not binding on AROSS or its members.

3.4. AROSS does not provide any guarantee as to the content and accuracy of any third party website to which the Platform links.

PARTNERS

4.1. Institutions, companies or individuals who provide services in the field of home support in the canton of Neuchâtel may become partners. The application to become a partner is made using an online form on the platform. AROSS decides whether or not to distribute the information sheets. Its decisions are not subject to appeal.

4.2. AROSS shall be free to decide on the headings of the Information Sheets and on the inclusion or exclusion of one or more Information Sheets. Its decisions in this respect shall not give rise to any right of appeal.

4.3. In order to be able to log in to the update functions, the Partners are provided with a user name and password. Partners are obliged to treat this access data confidentially, not to pass it on to third parties and to keep it in such a way that third parties cannot access it. On request, several individual accesses can be created. The availability of the platform is not guaranteed; it is the responsibility of the Partners to ensure that they have other channels for communicating their services.

4.4. Partners are responsible for providing complete and accurate data and for keeping it up to date.

4.5. Any use of the platform or any publication that violates the law or the rights of third parties, or that promotes practices that are likely to endanger the health of the beneficiary or compromise public health, that are misleading or contrary to public order or morality is not permitted.

USERS

5.1. Users can freely access the information published on the platform. However, the availability of the platform is not guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, users may access information on providers and services by contacting AROSS directly.

5.2 Users acknowledge that the information published on the platform is for information purposes only and does not constitute a commitment on the part of AROSS.

5.3. 5.3. The sharing of information published on the platform is permitted.

5.4. Users are informed that the site uses cookies to provide targeted information and to analyze traffic.

MODIFICATION RIGHTS

6.1. AROSS may freely make changes to or delete data if it becomes aware of inaccurate information. AROSS reserves the right to deactivate or suspend data sheets if there are doubts as to the accuracy of the data, or in the event of failure to update them, without any possibility of appeal.

INFORMATION DISSEMINATION SOCIAL NETWORKS AND OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

7.1. For the purpose of promoting the Platform, communication campaigns and events, AROSS uses social network accounts of its choice. Partners agree that information published on the Platform may be shared on social networks or other communication channels.

7.2. Only limited moderation of social media posts is carried out by AROSS.

FOR JURIDICAL

8.1. These TOU are governed exclusively by Swiss law. La Chaux-de-Fonds is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the use of the Platform.
